📜 Terms & Conditions

Rescheduling & Weather

1. • Outdoor property shoots affected by severe weather can be rescheduled once at no extra cost (24 hours’ notice required).

   • Drone flights depend on weather (wind, rain, visibility). Flights will be rescheduled if unsafe.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

   • A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking date.

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable, but one free rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability).

3. Photographer Responsibility

   • If the photographer cannot attend due to equipment failure, illness, or emergency, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

   • All drone operations comply with Canadian drone regulations and will only be conducted in approved areas.

4. Client Responsibility

   • Property must be cleaned and staged before the session.

   • For 360° tours, the property must be fully prepared at the start as all angles will be captured.

   • Additional capture points beyond the package will be charged at $10 per point.

   • Client ensures the site is safe for both ground and drone operations.

5. Usage Rights

   • Client has full marketing usage rights for delivered photos, videos, and tours.

   • Photographer retains copyright and may use selected works for portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

📜 條款 

1. 改期與天氣

   • 若戶外拍攝因惡劣天氣影響，可免費改期一次（需於 24 小時前通知）

   • 航拍服務受天氣影響（風力、降雨、能見度），若天氣不適合飛行，航拍會改期

2. 預訂與取消政策

   • 接受預約時需繳付 30%訂金 作為保留該拍攝時段。

   • 若在 拍攝前7天取消，可退回 50% 訂金。

   • 若在 拍攝前7天內取消，訂金將不予退還，但 可免費改期一次（視乎檔期情況）。

3. 攝影師責任

   • 若攝影師因器材故障、生病或緊急狀況無法出席，將提供全額退款或免費改期

   • 航拍服務會遵守加拿大相關航拍規例，只會在合法允許範圍內進行

4. 客戶責任

   • 拍攝前需確保物業已整理及擺設好

   • 360° 全景拍攝會記錄物業所有角度，拍攝開始前需完成整理及布置

   • 超出套餐內拍攝點數，每點加收 $10

   • 客戶需確保拍攝地點適合地面及航拍作業，沒有安全隱患

5. 版權與使用權

   • 客戶擁有已交付照片、影片及虛擬導覽的完整市場推廣使用權

   • 攝影師保留作品版權，並可用於作品集或行銷用途（除非雙方另有協議）
