• Retouching & Post-production

  • Final edited photos will be delivered within 7 days from the day after the shoot.

  • One free round of basic adjustments (exposure, brightness, color correction, etc.) is included.

  • Additional revisions beyond the first are subject to a 10-20% fee of the total project price per revision, depending on the workload.

  • Advanced retouching or compositing is not included unless specifically agreed upon.

• Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking date.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable, but one free rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted within 24 hours prior to the shoot, and no refund will be provided.

• Weather/Postponement Policy

  • In case of poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule once for free.

• Permits & Venue Access

  • Clients are responsible for securing location permits (e.g. venue access, professional shooting) where applicable.

• Shoot Duration & Breaks

  • For shoots longer than 5 hours, clients are expected to provide simple meals and a 30-minute break for the crew.

  • If this cannot be provided, the photographer reserves the right to shorten the shooting time or immediately terminate the shoot on the day without refund.

• Usage & Copyright

  • Clients are granted commercial usage rights and full access to use the images for business or social purposes.

  • The photographer retains copyright and may showcase the work on personal websites or social media platforms.

  • If clients prefer not to have their photos published, they must notify prior to the shoot and agree on terms.

• Liability & Disclaimer

  • The photographer will perform to the best of their ability but does not guarantee all specific shots requested will be captured.

  • In case of data loss due to unforeseen or technical reasons, compensation is limited to a refund or reduction based on the portion completed.

  • No additional compensation or damages will be provided.

• Agreement

  • Payment of the deposit indicates full acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

  • RC Photography reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms as needed.
