📜 Event Photography & Video Terms & Conditions

1. Weather & Rescheduling

   • Indoor events are not affected by weather; outdoor events may be rescheduled once at no cost (24 hours’ notice required).

   • Photographer is not responsible for venue or third-party costs due to weather.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

   • A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking date.

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable, but one free rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability).

3. Photographer Responsibility

   • If the photographer cannot attend due to equipment failure, illness, or emergency, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

   • Photographer is not responsible for moments missed due to access restrictions, schedule changes, or unannounced activities.

4. Client Cooperation

   • Clients must ensure the photographer has proper access and necessary permits.

   • Clients should inform the photographer of key moments to prioritize (e.g., speeches, performances, special announcements).

5. Usage Rights

   • Clients receive full personal and promotional usage rights for delivered images and videos.

   • Photographer retains copyright and may use selected works for portfolio purposes (unless otherwise agreed).

📜 活動攝影與影片條款

1. 天氣與改期政策

   • 室內活動不受天氣影響；戶外活動若遇惡劣天氣，可免費改期一次（需於 24 小時前通知）。

   • 因天氣因素導致的取消，攝影師不承擔任何場地或第三方費用。

2. 預訂與取消政策

   • 接受預約時需繳付 30%訂金 作為保留該拍攝時段。

   • 若在 拍攝前7天取消，可退回 50% 訂金。

   • 若在 拍攝前7天內取消，訂金將不予退還，但 可免費改期一次（視乎檔期情況）。

3. 攝影師責任

   • 若攝影師因器材故障、生病或緊急狀況無法出席，將提供全額退款或免費改期。

   • 攝影師不對因進入限制、行程變更或未事先通知之活動環節而錯過的畫面負責。

4. 客戶配合事項

   • 客戶需確保攝影師可順利進入活動場地並獲得必要許可。

   • 客戶需提前告知攝影師需要優先拍攝的重要時刻（例如：演講、表演、特別宣佈）。

5. 版權與使用權

   • 客戶擁有已交付照片與影片的完整個人及宣傳使用權。

   • 攝影師保留作品版權，並可用於作品集或行銷用途（除非雙方另有協議）。
