📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Weather & Rescheduling

• Outdoor sports shoots affected by severe weather may be rescheduled once at no extra cost (24 hours’ notice required).

• Photographer is not responsible for venue or other third-party costs due to weather changes.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking date.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable, but one free rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability).

3. Photographer Responsibility

• If the photographer cannot attend due to equipment failure, illness, or emergency, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

• The photographer is not responsible for moments missed due to access restrictions, venue rules, or player unavailability.

4. Client Cooperation

• Clients must secure all necessary permits or venue approvals for photography.

• Clients should inform the photographer of important moments to prioritize (e.g., medal ceremony, specific plays).

5. Usage Rights

• Clients receive full personal and promotional usage rights for delivered images.

• Photographer retains copyright and may use selected images for portfolio purposes (unless otherwise agreed).

📜 Sports Photography Terms & Conditions 

1. 天氣與改期政策

• 戶外運動拍攝若因惡劣天氣影響，可免費改期一次（需於 24 小時前通知）。

• 因天氣因素導致的取消，攝影師不承擔任何場地或第三方費用。

2. 預訂與取消政策

• 接受預約時需繳付 30%訂金 作為保留該拍攝時段。

• 若在 拍攝前7天取消，可退回 50% 訂金。

• 若在 拍攝前7天內取消，訂金將不予退還，但 可免費改期一次（視乎檔期情況）。

3. 攝影師責任

• 若攝影師因器材故障、生病或緊急狀況無法出席，將提供全額退款或免費改期。

• 攝影師不對因進入限制、場地規則或參賽者缺席而錯過的瞬間負責。

4. 客戶配合事項

• 客戶需確保已取得所有必要許可或場地批准，允許攝影進行。

• 客戶需提前告知攝影師需要優先拍攝的重要時刻（例如：頒獎典禮、特定比賽片段）。

5. 版權與使用權

• 客戶擁有已交付照片的完整個人與宣傳使用權，可用於社交媒體、個人收藏或推廣用途。

• 攝影師保留照片版權，並可用於作品集或行銷用途（除非雙方另有協議）。
