📜 Food Photography & Video Terms & Conditions

1. Rescheduling

   • Sessions can be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

   • A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking date.

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable, but one free rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability).

3. Photographer Responsibility

   • Full refund or reschedule if photographer cannot attend due to emergency.

4. Client Cooperation

   • Client should prepare dishes and props on time.

   • Food styling service is available upon request (additional fee may apply).

5. Usage Rights

   • Clients have full promotional usage rights.

   • Photographer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed.

   • 若在 拍攝前7天內取消，訂金將不予退還，但 可免費改期一次（視乎檔期情況）。

3. 攝影師責任

   • 若攝影師因緊急狀況無法出席，將提供全額退款或免費改期。

4. 客戶配合事項

   • 客戶需準時準備好菜式及道具。

   • 可按需求提供美食造型服務（可能需額外收費）。

5. 版權與使用權

   • 客戶擁有完整宣傳使用權。

   • 攝影師保留版權，除非另有協議。
